I am so happy that you have taken the time to visit my website! As the only girl with four brothers and a mother who had no idea where to start with my ever expanding hair, I visited the hair salon ritually every Saturday to tame the mane. I fell in love with the ambiance of styling hair, the craft, the art and the many textures. I would run home and try out everything I saw in the salon on my dolls and anyone who would let me play with their strands. At the age of 14 I begged my hair stylist and my mother to let me work at the salon. I started off sweeping floors, shampooing and eye-balling the different techniques and by the age of 15 I was officially apprenticing and taking cosmetology courses in high school.

for the lovers of texture, the free people within the melting pot of diverse beauty

I moved to Paris for a year as I was finishing my International marketing degree. However, life threw a curve ball and within my first week, I met my now husband. No love at first sight here, more like friends at first sight. After months of spending almost every day together I fell madly in love with this French man. We dedicated this love through marriage and there goes my start to a life of love in Paris.

Thank you for sticking around to hear a bit about my story.
I really look forward to chatting about your moment of pampering.

The hubby and I sit around discussing our next travels regularly, usually influenced by the food we will taste and the peace nature can give us. Next on our list is visiting every European country!

TRAVEL

three

Take me to the park, give me some greenery, a mountain, a lake, pretty much anything nature has to give and I am all in. However I do live in Paris so let’s picnic with wine, all the cheese and a vegetable or two.

NATURE

You guessed it, hair. I should be ashamed but I am sure I think of hair more than I think of food which is saying a lot!

Well you probably noticed I found a way to mention food in every one of these, so no surprise I am a foodie. One thing I love about Paris is the food, I mean mon dieu, I can’t get enough of it. With such diversity here in Paris I get my fix for it all. I even found a chicken and waffle place (my fellow Americans feel me)!

THE FAVES

candles, fries, pain perdu, God, jazz music, pillows that take up too much room in the bed, sarcasm, reading, writing, hiking, all the

ginger and garlic, oversized coats, dressing up, well groomed eyebrows, dessert (look up moelleux au chocolat caramel beurre salé and then wipe your drool), vinyls, red wine, soirees with French cheese, hugs, lofts, texture, old school jams, spicy food and I am probably the only person you will meet who is not a fan of rice or pasta.
